Postcard Project

The process engaged with for the realisation of this body of work would determine the Studio Practice Department most suited to the student as a practitioner, beginning Year 3 of the Education Undergraduate Degree. 
 
The focus of this project grew from an interest in photographing artificial light sources and its relationship/effect on both natural and man made objects. The finished pieces became abstract cropped compositions as this eliminated noise, focussed the viewers attention and provides intrigue. 
 
Feelings of solitude are represented through these works and night time City walks created the basis for these atmospheric and gentle pieces.
